Our NDIS in-home support can assist you with everyday activities and routines, helping you maintain your independence and feel more confident managing life at home.
Depending on your individual needs and funding, this may include:
- Personal care and daily routines
- Getting ready for the day
- Showering, dressing and grooming assistance
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Assistance with everyday household routines
- Laundry and light household tasks
- Shopping and grocery assistance
- Support with appointments and daily commitments
- Medication prompts, where appropriate

The NDIS describes Assistance with Daily Life as ‘support with everyday tasks so participants can live as independently as possible, including activities such as cooking, cleaning and personal care’. We’d love to bring this to life at home for you.
Get out, get involved & Stay Connected
For you, it might be heading to the beach, meeting a friend for coffee, going shopping, attending a local group, playing sport or enjoying a favourite hobby.
Our NDIS community access and community participation support can help you get out into the community and take part in the activities that are important to you.
We can support you to:
- Attend appointments and community activities
- Attend social groups and local events
- Participate in sport, hobbies or recreational activities
- Explore places across the Sunshine Coast
- Access community facilities and services
- Grocery shopping & supplies
- Develop confidence using public transport
- Try new activities and experiences
- Build social connections

Community participation isn’t about filling your day with activities. It’s about helping you have greater choice over how you spend your time.
The NDIS recognises Core Supports funding for social and community participation as ‘a way to support people to engage in community, social and personal interests and become more independent in doing so’. We’ve got the friendly team and vehciles (wheelchair accessible options) to support you in doing this.
